Token Stamp is free web based tool that makes tokens for VTT (Virtual Tabletop) systems like Owlbear Rodeo. It is incredibly easy to use, and there are lots of images available that you can 'borrow' for you games.
Note, I might have to try out their VTT, sure it costs money, but the lighting and fog, plus layering looks interesting.
